Making Your Handmade Jewellery and Delivery Times

Neena Kay Worksop All of our jewellery is designed and created in our dedicated workshop which is affectionately known as ‘The Mole Hole’ due to its lack of windows (but it does have excellent daylight lighting!)

Our creations are dreamed up here, designed and made in to a magical reality. Every piece we make has purpose rooted in its conception, a desire and will that the wearer will feel her strength and power as she wears it.

Every piece of Neena Kay Jewellery is hand made and hand crafted to order and then, if needed, sent to the Birmingham Assay Office for hallmarking. This means it can take 3 - 4 weeks before your order is dispatched.

If you need your jewellery for a specific date, please let us know, and we will do our best to accommodate

Delivery

All of our jewellery within the UK is sent out via Royal Mail Tracking 48 delivery. This service is fully tracked, and we will provide you with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
Royal Mail Tracking 48 delivery is FREE on all orders over £75 within the UK and £4 for orders below £75.
Each piece of jewellery is packaged in a luxury Neena Kay recycled bespoke jewellery box and carefully dispatched in a recycled cardboard delivery box.
Once your online order has been made, we will send an order confirmation, and a further email to advise of dispatch.
Your order will arrive in a secure plain unmarked package.
