Refund policy
We really want you to be happy with your purchase from Neena Kay Jewellery. However, we understand that sometimes a return is necessary.
If you’re not satisfied with your online purchase and would like to return the item for a refund, please return the item to us in its original condition within 14 days of receipt, unworn and undamaged in the original packaging. Once your order has been returned and received, if it’s suitable for a refund it will be given as quickly as possible. Please see ‘Refund’ paragraph below.
Please email neena@neenakay.com before you return an order. We want to ensure that your return is processed as quickly and smoothly as possible.
Earrings: We regret that we cannot offer refunds on Earrings/Studs jewellery for hygiene reasons unless they are faulty. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Also, bespoke-made jewellery cannot be exchanged or refunded.
For all other jewellery purchases, we offer a full refund within 7 days of receiving your order, as long as the jewellery is in its original condition, the return is according to distance selling regulations, or the item was faulty when you received it. We also offer exchanges for store credit.
Please note that Neena Kay Jewellery will not refund the original postage costs.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
